The other day I realized that I only had 60 days til my 40th birthday! EEEKKKK! I’ve been plugging away at this weight loss thing for a long time, but I’m not where I need to be. My big problem is inconsistency! I’ll have 3 weeks of healthy eating followed by 4 weeks where I’m a regular in the McDonald’s drive-thru! It’s not a great combo!
Anyway, I’ve been consistent for the last 10 days and am on my way again! And I’m in the 230s…
This week’s weight is 237.0.
I’ve cut out carbs and processed foods and just started doing Focus T25. It’s made me aware of just how out-of-shape I am. I’ve been doing spin classes and a variety of other workouts since Thanksgiving of last year and while some of them have been hard, they haven’t kicked my butt like Focus T25. It’s nice that the workout is only 25 minutes and you only have to do it 5 days a week. It will be interesting to see what my results are after I finish this!
