So this week’s Weight Loss Wednesday is back to being posted on Wednesday! 🙂 And sadly, it would be more appropriate to call it Weight Gain Wednesday. This is my first gain in quite some time. As I’ve evaluated my past week’s food and exercise, I’m feeling ok about the gain.
My food choices were good and I exercised fairly consistently. I think there are just times where the scale chooses not to go down…and that’s OK. Does this mean I’m going to stop eating well and exercising, nope. It means I’m going to be more intentional about my eating this week. I’m also going to make an effort to get a little more exercise in.
Also, I got a new pair of running shoes for Mother’s Day and they’re totally awesome. I hiked in them twice this week and my feet felt amazing. They’re Hoka One One Speedgoat Trail Shoes. They’re super comfortable, super supportive, and I like the way they look too!
Last Week’s Weight: 217.4
Today’s Weight: 218.8
Weight Lost This Week: Gained 1.4 pounds
Total Weight Loss: 48.9
