This past week literally flew by. I pretty much lived in the store again this week. We are planning to open this weekend and I still have lots to do. I’m doing a TV segment this morning and I’m really excited about it. Then it’s back to the store for more crazy work. My cousin/BFF flew out last night from Connecticut to work with me for the next week. I’m sooooo thankful that she’s here. Between the 2 of us, I
think know we can get this done!
Considering I’m living at the store and that I’ve eaten really random foods this week, I still managed to lose weight.
Last Week’s Weight: 216.8
Today’s Weight: 215.2
Weight Lost This Week: 1.6 pounds
Total Weight Loss: 52.5 pounds
I only exercised once this week. I hiked and quite honestly, the whole hike was a struggle. I literally had to make myself keep putting one foot in front of the other.
And even though it was hard, I reminded myself of all the progress I’ve made and how far I’ve come. Five months ago, I wouldn’t have made it even 1/4 of the way up. It would have been too hard, but when you push yourself and continually do hard things day after day, eventually you’ll see massive progress and do things you never would have imagined as possible.
I also treated myself to a pair of Apple Airpods and I LOVE them! They’ve been awesome for hiking, but they’ve also been great for listening to audiobooks while working on setting up the store. I had been on the fence about them, but I’m totally loving them.
Ok…off to get ready for my TV appearance. I’m a little nervous, but super excited!!!
