Happy Wednesday! What a crazy week we’ve had! Our air conditioner died Monday night at the house and since it was over 110 outside and over 90 inside, we spent the last 2 nights at a hotel. To make things even crazier, one of my kiddos went back to school today. Instead of making a special breakfast and a fun lunch, we ate breakfast at the hotel buffet and created a lunch of things from the hotel buffet and the local Target. It’s been random to say the least. All the kiddos were such good sports about the whole thing…especially my daughter Shayna who started school today. The other 2 kiddos don’t go back til next week. Oh, the joys of having 3 kids at 3 different schools.
On a positive note, I still managed to get a few good runs in. 🙂 It’s amazing how much I’m enjoying this program. And if you’re wondering what I’m doing, I’m not throwing gang signs in the picture…I’m telling you that I just finished week 2, day 1 of Couch to 5K…and showing off my amazing nails at the same time. I’m not sure exactly what’s going on with my tank top either, but let’s pretend it looks cuter than it actually does and let’s focus on my fabulous reversible workout pants! Even though I’m not much of a runner, wearing these pants makes me feel like a boss. And they’re soooo cute, right?!?
I thought I’d have a decent weight loss week since my eating has been pretty good and I’ve been doing Couch to 5K, but it wasn’t quite as high as I’d like! But it’s a still a loss…and for that I am very grateful!
