1 Million Steps Before Summer Challenge – Update #1

1 Hour of Exercise {Motivation Monday}

Have you ever been guilty of saying "I don't have time to workout?" Yeah, me too. One of my 90 Day Challenge goals is to get in at least 1 hour of exercise 5 days a week.
