30 Day Shred: Days 6-8

I've completed days 6, 7, and 8 of Jillian Michaels - 30 Day Shred and I have to say I am completely amazed at how much more endurance I have.  I seriously thought I was going to die on day 1.  Yesterday, I still pushed myself, but it was so much easier. 30 Day Shred: Day 1

Well...I survived Day 1 of my 30 Day Shred Challenge.  I'm sore this morning from doing push-ups.  I hate push-ups and they hate me too, but maybe in the next 30 days, I'll be able to advance from my current "girl push-ups" to "real push-ups".  We'll see...
