30 Day Shred: Down But Not Out (Days 9-11)

30 Day Shred: Days 6-8

I've completed days 6, 7, and 8 of Jillian Michaels - 30 Day Shred and I have to say I am completely amazed at how much more endurance I have.  I seriously thought I was going to die on day 1.  Yesterday, I still pushed myself, but it was so much easier.
