I’m getting ready to start working out with Bob again, but this time it won’t be in person. I’m taking part in the Mamavation Two Week Challenge with Bob Harper starting on October 29.
Each day, I’ll be doing the recommended Bob Harper workout. This is exactly what I need to keep myself disciplined and on track. I’m having company next weekend and then heading to New Orleans for 4 days, so I’m going to have to work extra hard to stay on track. I know that I can do this though. I thrive on a good challenge!
