1 Hour of Exercise {Motivation Monday}

Have you ever been guilty of saying "I don't have time to workout?" Yeah, me too. One of my 90 Day Challenge goals is to get in at least 1 hour of exercise 5 days a week. 3 Days Down, 5 Pounds Gone

Ok....so I have to tell you I am absolutely loving the Body by Vi Challenge.  I'm 3 days in and I've already lost 5 pounds. Since I've been consistently gaining weight for the last 3 months, I'm thrilled to see the scale finally moving in the opposite direction.
